LEED® Requirements For Commercial Buildings

LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is a national third-party certification program and internationally accepted standard for the design, construction and operation of high performance green buildings and encourages new and existing buildings to adopt sustainable practices. There are many criteria to determine the level of sustainability practices the building adopted on which LEED® certification can be attained - Certified, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
